Fruit Salad

Serves

4 Cups or more of the freshest fruit you can find
1Tbl Orange Juice comcentrate
1 Tbl of Water
Shredded or Flaked Coconut

 

Chop or Slice the fruit into bite sized pieces, place into serving bowl. Combine the water and Orange Juice concentrate and pour over the cut fruit. Toss everything together, coating the fruit as much as possible. Sprinkle the Coconut over the top.

This meal is just jammed packed with nutrients for your body. The beans and rice provide fiber which is good for you. The beans are also just packed with nutrients. The fruits have many phytochemicals and fiber for your body.

Combine this sample menu with at least 30 minutes of excercise (walking or yoga) and you will begin to feel much better and you body will feel better.
